IMPORTANT: None of this is scientific. We are merely exploring the concepts, trying to draw connections between learning and creativity.

ReplyDeleteThese are the results of my personality test. They did reflect myself only in some aspects, I don't find them true in all of them.
The section of the brain I've chosen is the frontal lobe, which is involved in functions such as attention, language, voluntary behavior and comprehension.
Disorders regarding this part of the brain include schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. If damaged, the frontal lobe could cause paralysis and inability to express language.

ReplyDeleteThese are my results of my personality test. I believe that this test was completely true about me. I like things to be organized and done they way I want at times, but never am I pushy about it. I love meeting new people and sharing good times with them and my friends, but I don't like any form of negativity at all in my life.
The part of the brain I chose was the brain stem. The brain stem is basically like an engine to a car. It's what controls our heart, breathing and blood pressure. It keeps us going. The functions it has is like our reflexes, to keep us alert and control our startle response. The other functions are what keeps us sane, which is sleep, balance, and maintaining homeostasis. The main disorder for the brain stem is found with individuals who have autism. Damages that can occur because of the brain stem is sleep disorders, such as insomnia, and having a hard time moving and balancing.

ReplyDeleteThese are my results from the personality test. These results are so accurate and made me see who I truly am. I am a very conscientious person, and I'm not bragging here. I love and really care about the people I'm really close to. Even though I am serious most of the time, I can still have my fun. I'm also a huge worrywart even though I don't need to be. I've been one ever since I was 6. I've been disciplined well and have learned to respect others.
The Thalamus helps the brain process perception, timing, and attention. Its associative functions are memory, alertness, consciousness, and contributes to cognition. It is linked to known disorders like autism, Alzheimer's, and ADHD. The main and most known disorder that is involved with the Thalamus is schizophrenia. There also has been serious damages involving this part of the brain like someone going into a coma, having difficulty speaking, loss of alertness and activation, and sleepiness.

The Cerebellum regulates your motor behavior, like an autmatic response. This part of the brain contins more neurons than the rest of the brain.
https://www.123test.com/personality-test/id=f80d2940ce939c4 , These were my results and i agree with them for the most part. One part i agreed with a lot was that i was an open minded person with an active imagination, but a disorganized worker. I agree with this because i day dream a lot when i should be working.
ReplyDeleteI looked at the Cerebellum and found that it regulates muscular activity. This means it helps us walk and move our arms. Without this small part of our body we are useless. Freshman year I got vertigo a lot and the doctors said i had a weak cerebellum. There are many disorders that are serious involving the cerebellum that can be caused be hereditary or caused by tumors in the brain.

ReplyDeleteI think my results on the personality test is true about me. I am well organized, Not easily upset in stressful situations, relaxed, hard headed sometimes but also agreeable and etc.
I looked at the Brain Stem. It controls the breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure, motor skills balance and sleep. Stroke can damage the brain stem and have difficulty balancing and walking. Brain stem abnormalities in individuals with autism
I wasn't very surprised with the results of my personality test. It said that I am an extrovert and very disorganized. This pretty much sums up my opinion of myself. One thing I was surprised about is that it said I had a very conservative mind, this took me aback because I thought I was more imaginative.
